By using the Site, you grant Shopvision Pty Ltd trading as Dtex Digital Data Collection the authority to upload images you have taken or selected (“User Images”) to our designated Amazon Web Services (AWS) bucket for processing.

 

9.2 Purpose of Image Use

The User Images will be used exclusively for the purpose of image recognition and to extract relevant data for analysis. This process is designed to enhance the services we provide and may include, but is not limited to, identifying objects, texts, or other relevant information within the images.

 

9.3 Data Privacy and Use

Any data extracted from User Images will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We commit to not sharing this data or the images themselves with any third parties, except as required by law or as necessary for the technical functioning of the service. Access to the data and images will be strictly limited to your administrator and authorized personnel of Dtex Digital Data Collection.

 

9.4 User Responsibility

You warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to authorize the upload and processing of User Images as described herein. You must not upload any images that are unlawful, infringing, or in violation of any rights of third parties.

However, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of any information uploaded to our AWS bucket. The duration of storage for User Images and the extracted data will be limited to what is necessary for the purposes of processing described herein, after which they will be securely deleted.
